This machine is simple design and is very easy to work upon. The machine is equipped with two motors one is for the shaping purpose and the other is for the feeding purpose. The shaping motor rotate in one direction only but the feed motor is supplied with a reverse forward switch starter. This is why it is very easy to control the feed of the machine. If some over size job is stuck in the machine it is very easy to remove the stuck job by just rotation the handle of the reverse forward starter switch.

The feeding motor is supplied with a flat belt. It is self-tightening with the load of the motor. Such simple mechanism is used to make the machine run without adjustments. Some adjustment is required for stick shaping that is explained in the later part of the manual. Some adjustment for locking the stoppers. Stopper setting should not be changed until or unless it is necessary and proper checking should be done before operating the machine as per manual other wise it can cause accidents.
