Special Seasoning Process:
ITP
uses natural hardwood which is kiln seasoned as per IS: 1141 employing
the principle of dehumidification. Seasoning is essential to give a
structurally strong, durable and dimensionally stable finished product.
The wood is thereafter chemically impregnated under pressure by
specially evolved process as per IS: 401. The resin and wax content of
the solvent increase the durability by enhancing the property or water
repellance. Chemical impregnated under pressure introduce toxity into
the collulose and lignum, which makes it termite and fungi proof.
Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) Doors:
ITP's LVL eco-friendly doors are reconstituted from plantation grown wood conforming to IS 14616:1999.
