Plywood: Manufactured out of finest quality timber, with options of hardwood or softwood available in UF/PF bonding confirming highest quality standards. The range includes:
Decorative Plywood made out of natural teak veneers
Film-faced Plywood made out of selected hardwoods for shuttering purposes.
Checkered Plywood used for Flooring purposes
Block-board: Manufactured out of finest quality timber with the options of hardwood/softwood/teakwood filler. It is a skin-seasoned, pressed with UF/PF resin in 5 ply constructions. It has applications in interior and exterior uses.
Flush Doors:Made of kiln-seasoned timber, they are totally weather resistant, chemically treated to eliminate decay, they are ideal for both indoors and outdoors. Available in a wide range of decor like teak-veneered, animated, mdf/hdf-carving as per your designs into any decor or ambiance. JWCPL flushdoors have a solid blackboard construction with cross bands and face veneers bonded with superior quality phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin making them 100% BWP.
Puff Doors: This is the most prestigious product manufactured with a monopoly in India by JWCPL. These puff doors are light weight available with ply skin, mdf skin, hdf skin of laminated and veneered surfaces with the stiles and rails of hardwood and poly methane foam as core, which is injected in a high-tech plant developed by us.
Panel Doors: JWCPL panel doors lovingly crafted with clean, elegant lines and deep rich hues. Our paneldoors exude a unique blend of aesthetic sophistication and down to earth solidarity in a mind-boggling range of designs to complement and enhance any ambiance or decor. Ideal for both exterior and interior use, for homes and offices, for entrances and balconies as well as toilets and kitchens. Doors are fashioned/manufactured as per specific customer requirements.
